Servers.com Creative Reset & Demand Gen Campaign System
At Refine Labs, I led paid social creatives for Servers.com across four vertical campaigns (Adtech, Fintech, Gaming, and Streaming). The work needed to stand out in crowded feeds with bold, disruptive creative, without losing clarity for technical audiences.
ROLE: Senior Graphic Designer (Lead on account)
COMPANY: Refine Labs
CLIENT: Servers.com
TIMELINE: 8 Weeks (Full campaign build)
SCOPE: 4 vertical campaigns (Adtech, Fintech, Gaming, Streaming)
DELIVERABLES: Static ads (LinkedIn)
TEAM: DGM / PMM / Copywriter / Art Director
Project Overview
We initially explored two directions, one closer to their existing look and one more playful. The client pushed for something more disruptive and less brand-bound, so we reset the approach and rebuilt the visual language for scroll-stopping performance, while keeping a few anchors consistent (vertical color coding + typography).
-
The initial directions didn't meet the client's expectations, they wanted creative that broke the mold, not concepts tied to their existing identity.
Produce a high volume of campaign assets across multiple verticals while keeping the work cohesive.
Build scroll-stopping creative that stayed clear and relevant to each audience.
-
Reset the creative approach and designed a new visual direction built specifically for feed performance: high-contrast layouts, unexpected compositions, and stronger message framing.
Kept consistent anchors across verticals-color coding by industry and typography-while pushing visuals and messaging beyond the original brand constraints.
Developed campaign kits per vertical so we could move fast, stay consistent, and scale output without starting from scratch each time.
-
The creative reset set a new standard for the account-disruptive, feed-native, and scalable across four verticals. It gave the team a repeatable direction we could build on fast, without losing clarity.
